March 2018. It has been seven years since the beginning of the Egyptian Revolution. Mubarak was overthrown after 30 years of rule, but nowadays this has resulted in a larger regression in the civil rights of the Egyptian people.
The testimonies of four people, who were forced by the urgency of the moment to use art as a way of individual and collective expression, invite us to reflect on the value of ownerless voices, on the need to decolonize knowledge and thought, on how revolutions can contribute to personal and collective evolution, and how failure can be the seed of fairer individuals and societies.
